So lets start back at Halloween, I managed to use a bunch of scrap fabric, borrowed bells, some cloths I already had and only bought the leggings and mask for a complete costume >$10 on my part anyway. The hood I based everything off of was a joker hood that my parents bought 8 years back when they finally allowed us to participate in Halloween (religious reasons), I never used it that year because I couldn't find anything to wear with it. And because I've lacked experience in celebrating I've gone as Japanese Fandom(2-years), OC Katsumi, witch, pirate, same witch again, same pirate again. So yeah I needed something new and I've got allot more ideas on what to do for more years, I'm making up for lost time. So I was verry pleased to go to school and play around w/ the mask no one knew who I was (at first, people figured it out after a while) so I went by joker when they started guessing or told me to write it down. First year students were very amusing to mess w/ lolz bt I was sweating bullets puddling up in the mask and was still quiet sick at the time so not talking did help but not coughing didn't none the less awesome day and I won second place in the costume contest another in-character victory! But wow I hope I can pick something as much fun or more for next year! I'm sticking w/ masks cause of the whole "aren't you a little old" deal, I didn't trick or treat bt got candy at school maybe next year !

And this weekend was Nebraskon!!! OMG best moments were hanging out with Sarah and Becky on the first day, the dance, seeing ALLOT of friends and people I know (30~), Anime Marco Polo , swimming and not getting water in my ear (ty for grabbing my earplugs Josh!), R2D2s again (I think they're super adorable!!)[link] , walking the halls and getting my pic taken/posing(always fun), eating out w/ friends, success hitting the dealers and sticking to my budget, staying up late drawing w/ friends, free massage, free glow stick, the giant and later mini duck tape amoebas in the halls [link] [link] [link] the cosplay competition and our group winning another best in show (wish we could have receive documentation like at ota.oma.), [link]
on that note a few more Fails were Maka cosplay was overheating, boots were falling apart and rubbing my legs wrong, the wig was so small I had to squeez my brain into it, Kallen shoes gave me a blister, sleeping on the floor, not going outside during all this, AMV contest boring me and forgetting the A in AMV, not getting to go to as many panels and stay at my last one (Lolitta tea party).

All in all an awesome con with little regrets :3 It made me soo Happy and Flamming Penguins is Best in show for all Nebraska conventions let us toast to this accomplishment!!!

(watching allot of things : Shugo chara - 101 , One Piece - 3 , Pandora Hearts - 4 , Chrome Shelled Regios - 2 , Kimagure Orange Road - 3, Porco Roso (again :3) and disc 2 of Cyborg 009(prize) yeah and some time ago~tamago I finished all of recent Hetalia in one night, brain explosion!!!!!!)
